PowerTest believes best results are achieved through a combination of on-the-job and classroom training. We invest in our consultants by providing third-party training in tools and technologies. When unassigned, our consultants study for and complete certification exams.

Single project focus

Although each customer’s project has multiple issues that must be handled concurrently, there generally is just one project, which allows you to concentrate on getting the job done right. Compare that to the much too common scenario of concurrent projects requiring more time than is available.

Reasonable work hours

70-hour work weeks are no way to live. In the long term they are bad for the project and bad for you and your family. Our consultants usually work 40 hours per week.

For all areas of expertise, we are looking for self-starters who can use interdisciplinary skills to work on a broad range of technical and non-technical issues at client sites.

Because there is significant interaction with clients, strong written and verbal communication skills in English as well as interpersonal skills are required. If you prefer to work on computers alone, this may not be the place for you.
