Tom Lynch

President

Tom Lynch has over 25 years experience in management, sales, finance and information systems. He has managed the day-to-day operations of PowerTest since its inception in September 1995. During 1998, he co-founded a software development consulting firm as a sister company to PowerTest. Before co-founding PowerTest, Tom co-founded three regional personnel services firms, worked in the treasury department of a $1 billion conglomerate, worked in public accounting with Touche Ross & Co., and served as an officer in the U.S. Coast Guard. He is a CPA and graduate of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.

John Calabrese

Managing Principal

John Calabrese manages the day-to-day aspects of PowerTest’s East Coast operation. He began his career with PowerTest as manager of sales and marketing. From 1996 to 1999, John helped build PowerTest’s professional services and software reselling practices in the San Francisco Bay Area. He relocated to Virginia and opened PowerTest’s Washington D.C. Metro Area office. John is a certified product instructor and certified product specialist with Mercury Interactive’s automated software test tools. He has worked in various management and hands-on positions involving test automation, retail management and business development for both established and startup firms. John graduated with a B.S. in Marketing from San Francisco State.

James Pulley

Director, Professional Services

James Pulley manages the professional services activities of PowerTest’s office in Charlotte, North Carolina. He has held project management, technical and training positions in the software testing and development arena since 1991. Prior employers include Mercury Interactive, NetIQ, ePresence/Banyan Systems, and Microsoft. James is a certified product instructor and certified product specialist with Mercury Interactive’s automated software test tools. He graduated with a B.A in Computer Science from Furman University.
