Quality Assurance Engineers help our clients design, document, roll out, and improve their quality assurance processes. They recommend standards, tailor standards for client needs, write test plans/cases, review defect reports, and report measurements.

Required Skills

A bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.

At least three years of software quality assurance experience.

At least one year of testing experience in a client/server or Web environment.

Senior level positions require at least five years of quality assurance experience.

Experience with relational databases.

Experience with Windows, UNIX, and/or LINUX.

Ability to work both independently and within small teams.

Additional Skills

Experience with CMM or ISO-9000 is desirable.

Experience with the leading functional test automation tools.

A masters degree is preferred for the senior level positions.

Interest and ability to be a lead or manager are desired.
